Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio Visual Technician to join our team. As an AV Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating video, audio, and lighting equipment for live events, shows, and meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the AV Supervisor in duties, including maintaining proper working conditions of Audio/Video systems, managing inventory, and producing live event production/broadcasting.
  • Set up audio, video, and lighting equipment for complex events, shows, and meetings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve A/V system problems, and fix or send out equipment for repairs as needed.
  • Manage accounts with services and vendors, and report all unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor.
  • Respond to guest questions, complaints, and requests in a courteous and prompt manner to ensure strong guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience in wiring equipment racks, live audio mixing, lighting controls, video recording, mixing, and broadcasting.
  • Experience in A/V installation, commissioning, and service, as well as with Crestron control systems.
  • Knowledge in common audio, video, and lighting.
