Speech Therapist

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school district near Dayton, OH.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to determine students' communication abilities and needs
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a comprehensive support system for students
- Monitor students' progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Ohio state license or eligibility for Ohio licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Strong knowledge of various speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and evidence-based intervention techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
