We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Neogen Care, a leading provider of home health care services in the California Bay Area. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and psychological abilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to implement and evaluate treatment plans.
- Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment and techniques to enhance daily living skills.
- Develop and implement physical rehabilitation programs to help patients regain lost skills and abilities.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a home health setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
