Key Responsibilities:
1. Represent clients in various construction litigation cases, including contract disputes, construction defects, and delay claims.
2. Draft and review essential legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
3. Provide expert legal counsel to clients regarding potential risks and outcomes associated with litigation.
