The Process Analyst will deliver essential organizational process assistance as directed by the government Team Lead. Your responsibilities will encompass the following:

Compensation Range: $55,000 - $120,000 based on qualifications and experience

Travel Requirements: Up to 30%

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct process enhancement evaluations and provide support for a NIWC Atlantic Integrated Product Team (IPT)
  • Organize internal meetings, teleconferences, and visits from sponsors to support government leadership
  • Gather and disseminate data across the functional team as necessary
  • Facilitate internal operations, including travel arrangements, weekly activity reports, and stakeholder management processes/products
  • Document meeting minutes and action items for both scheduled and impromptu discussions
  • Coordinate visits from customers and external stakeholders, and manage tours of NIWC Atlantic facilities for distinguished guests
  • Schedule conference rooms, phone bridges, MS Teams, and other audio/video services as required
  • Assist in the creation of formal documentation, including team briefs, presentations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Travel to support IPT for meetings and conferences up to 25%

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret-level security clearance
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • Strong communication skills and relevant experience in a professional setting with high-profile clients
  • Professional demeanor with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a drive for professional growth
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in facilitating process standardization and team collaboration in a supportive role for project managers or team leads

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with DoD standards and regulations, including FAR, DFAR, OPM requirements, and other business-related regulations
