About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Handset Technician to join our team at Cellular Surgeons Inc. in Chesterfield/Eastpointe. As a Handset Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, including phones, tablets, and smartwatches.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with electronic devices, a strong understanding of software and hardware repair, and excellent customer service skills. You will work closely with customers to identify issues, provide solutions, and ensure their devices are functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Diagnostic and Repair Work:
• Diagnose faults and damage in mobile devices using advanced tools and techniques
• Perform repairs on devices, including screen replacements, battery swaps, and charging port repairs

Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns

Workplace Maintenance:
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols

Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer demands

Competitive Hourly Salary: $16-$20/hour. Plus opportunities for Management Positions - Weekly Salary: $800 + Monthly Bonuses. Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation Required.
