Job Overview

Anchor Counseling & Education Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech and language services to students in K-12 educational settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need, analyzing results to inform treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Develop and maintain accurate, confidential records of student progress, submitting reports as required.
  • Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology, applying knowledge to improve services and outcomes for students.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current California license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • At least two years of experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
