Key Responsibilities

Our attorneys are entrusted with significant responsibilities from the outset. Talented legal professionals will take full ownership of cases from start to finish, serving as the primary contact for day-to-day operations and managing all related tasks.

  • Prepare pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other legal documents.
  • Document and communicate all pertinent information on behalf of clients.
  • Summarize medical records and extract critical details.
  • Draft client reports outlining case status and forthcoming actions.
  • Identify, research, and evaluate legal issues and conflicting opinions.
  • Conduct and defend depositions, manage arbitrations, and present motions.
  • Participate in both in-person and virtual court proceedings.
  • Provide legal representation to safeguard clients' interests in complex and high-stakes litigation.
  • Clarify litigation processes for clients unfamiliar with legal proceedings.
  • Proactively manage cases to facilitate cost-effective, efficient, and equitable resolutions.
  • Balance multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Active New Jersey Bar License.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on automobile negligence or premises liability preferred.
  • Proficient in handling depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and other intricate legal tasks.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and strong organizational skills.
  • Able to manage a substantial caseload and daily case-related tasks.
  • A keen interest in professional development and growth within the legal field.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with senior attorneys, partners, staff, clients, opposing counsel, and the judicial system.
  • Experience in billing for legal services rendered.
