Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join our team for a travel assignment in a top-rated hospital in the United States.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Electrophysiology Technician to work in our Cath Lab department. As an Electrophysiology Technician, you will be responsible for assisting physicians and other healthcare professionals in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.

Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias
  • Operate and maintain electrophysiology equipment, including catheters, electrodes, and other devices
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning patients
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to emergencies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience in electrophysiology or a related field
  • Current certification in electrophysiology or a related field (e.g. RCES, ARRT, RCIS)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification
