Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs and materials in accordance with treatment plans or written approval from supervisors.
• Collect and submit data using an online data collection system on company-issued tablets.
• Attend meetings, orientations, and trainings, and complete requirements by the specified date.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members in a professional and scientific manner.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner, adhering to the BACB, TRAC, and affiliated organization standards.
• Graph or collect data based on supervisor requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Submit notes, documentation, and attend trainings as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in autism and behavioral health is preferred.
• Must be a Michigan resident.
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license or state ID.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto registration and insurance.
• Professional and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Subject to a background check.
