In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive medical care to patients transitioning from acute care to post-acute care. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, personalized care and support patient recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000, with opportunities to earn up to $220,000 based on performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, dental and vision coverage, retirement plans, and four weeks' vacation. Additionally, we offer continuing education opportunities to support your professional growth.

About the Role

In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing chronic and acute conditions, optimizing patient well-being, and providing medical care that addresses their unique needs. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop effective care plans and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements
  • Master's level Physician Assistant program accredited by ARC-PA
  • Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant licensure in New Hampshire
  • National certification by NCCPA
  • BLS and ACLS Certification
