About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at Labor Finders. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing areas, including restrooms, offices, and common spaces
• Emptying trash and recycling bins
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors and carpets
• Mowing lawns, sweeping walkways, and removing snow
• Operating snow blowers, floor buffers, and carpet cleaning equipment
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
• Washing windows and mirrors
• Checking for damages and reporting to management
• Ordering and stocking cleaning supplies
• Securing building entryways

Requirements

• Physical strength and ability to lift heavy equipment
• Direct or related work experience
• Understanding of general building operations
• Ability to work in variable conditions and with frequent interruptions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
