Role Overview

As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist at Contech, your role will be essential in maintaining the seamless operation of our manufacturing machinery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Offering technical support to diagnose, repair, and install all manufacturing equipment.
  • Responsible for the Total Predictive Maintenance (TPM) strategy.
  • Instructing and assisting team members regarding TPM and compliance with equipment repairs while managing the maintenance budget.
  • Discovering cost-efficient alternatives for outdated components.
  • Adjusting, repairing, or replacing parts, assemblies, and machinery.
  • Interpreting and analyzing blueprints for the repair and installation of equipment.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • A solid understanding of mechanical and electrical issues and their resolutions.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Experience with manufacturing machinery.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The capability to read and comprehend blueprints.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to identify root causes.
