Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a clean and safe kitchen environment by maintaining a high level of sanitation and organization.
  • Operate and maintain the dish machine to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of dishes and utensils.
  • Ensure all dishes, utensils, and containers are properly stored and put away.
  • Organize and maintain the dish room, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
  • Clean food preparation and production areas, including floors, walls, and equipment.
  • Haul kitchen trash and recyclables to designated areas.
