Job Summary:

The University of Miami Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team in the Head/Neck & Progressive Care Department. As a Per-Diem Registered Nurse, you will deliver patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner utilizing evidence-based standards of quality, safety, and service while ensuring population-specific patient care.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Utilize evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices

Requirements:

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred
Registered Nurse License
Basic Life Support Certification (BLS-CPR Certification)
ACLS
One (1) year Acute Care Nursing experience
