About the RoleThe Registered Nurse Clinical Nurse is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive individualized, high-quality care. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. Your expertise will be essential in promoting a safe and respectful clinical environment, and you will be expected to participate in performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions- Perform the Nursing Process, using evidence-based practice and analytical thinking to ensure individualized patient care.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity.
- Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve patient goals, using effective communication methods.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care, promoting a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Associate's Degree in nursing or graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Basic Life Support or BLS certification.
- Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact.
- Experience with direct patient care.
