Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Griffith Park Healthcare Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and residents, and will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that each individual receives the best possible care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
Requirements
  • Valid CNA license and CPR certification
  • Previous experience in skilled nursing a plus, but not required
  • Caring and compassionate personality, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
