AOI Visual Inspector Job Description

EIT Zollner is seeking a skilled AOI Visual Inspector to join our team in Leesburg, VA. As a key member of our Electronic Manufacturing Services team, you will be responsible for operating and programming surface mount AOI equipment, performing visual inspections of SMT assemblies, and cross-training for in-process and final inspection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and program surface mount AOI equipment
  • Perform visual inspections of SMT assemblies
  • Cross-train for in-process and final inspection as needed
Requirements:
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Experience with computer software is highly desirable
  • Six months or more experience with SMT functions or automated equipment is highly desirable
  • Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 is preferred
