COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

As a Customer Service Representative - HVAC Dispatcher, you will earn $18.00/hour. Your standard working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some evenings and weekends as needed.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Addressing client inquiries and concerns with a positive demeanor is key to your success.

In your capacity as the dispatch coordinator, you will assign technicians to various jobs, ensuring that client expectations are met and that every customer receives exceptional service. Additionally, you will conduct follow-up calls to clients to confirm their satisfaction, consistently demonstrating professionalism and leaving a positive impression.
