**Medical Associates Clinic** is seeking a **Gastroenterology Specialist** to lead our Dubuque, Iowa location. This is an excellent opportunity to provide GI medical and procedure leadership for our multispecialty group, with a readymade patient panel and large built-in referral base. You will have the opportunity to make the practice your own while sharing call with other GI docs in the community and with our internal General Surgery team. The compensation package includes a competitive base pay/bonus package to start, transitioning to shareholder benefits/competitive RVU-based productivity. You will also benefit from ownership in Medical Associates Health Plans company, a 5-star Medicare plan. Our clinic is a well-established multispecialty group practice with over 170 providers and a staff of over 1,000 health care professionals and support personnel.
