Job Summary:

Rise Technical is seeking a highly skilled Food Scientist to lead our product development processes from testing to manufacturing. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and develop high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product development processes from testing to manufacturing, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Work with a range of teams, including innovation, quality control, and manufacturing, to develop and implement new products and processes.
  • Conduct shelf-life studies, root cause analysis, and nutritional analysis to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement quality and manufacturing standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to identify and prioritize projects, and develop project plans and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food science or a related field, with a focus on product development and innovation.
  • Proven track record of leading product development teams and driving innovation.
  • Strong understanding of food science principles, including shelf-life studies, root cause analysis, and nutritional analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
