Key Responsibilities of a Custodial Services Technician:
- Ensure cleanliness of various floor types through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Follow safety protocols for cleaning agents and equipment to prevent damage.
- Maintain and sanitize restrooms, fitting rooms, hallways, and entryways.
- Properly dispose of waste and operate compactors for designated materials.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate tools and cleaners.
- Address carpet stains and assist with carpet cleaning and shampooing tasks.
- Restock paper products and hygiene supplies as needed.
- Adhere to the established housekeeping schedule.
- Occasionally operate heavy-duty cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers and buffers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications for Success:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and consistent in work performance.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a drug screening when required.
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
Position Details:
- Full-Time Employment
- 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
