Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for approaching and greeting customers, assisting them in selecting a vehicle, and providing exceptional sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Approach and Greeting
    • Approach and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Offer assistance or direction to customers as needed.
  • Vehicle Selection and Sales
    • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
    • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
    • Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Build strong rapport with customers.
    • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
    • Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

Requirements

  • No Automotive Experience Required
    • No prior automotive experience is necessary. We provide excellent training and support to help you succeed in this role.
  • Customer Service Skills
    • Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.
  • Communication Skills
    • Strong communication skills are necessary for effective customer interaction and sales.
  • Driver's License
    • A clean and valid driver's license is required for this role.
  • Drug Screen
    • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
