Job Overview

Drofla Cleaning Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled and organized Residential Housekeeper to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position requiring a flexible and self-motivated individual who can effectively manage their time and prioritize tasks to ensure all areas of the property are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the property, including bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to any concerns in a timely manner
  • Managing cleaning schedules and maintaining accurate records of serviced rooms
  • Maintaining equipment in good working order and reporting any issues promptly
  • Identifying and reporting any safety hazards or security concerns
  • Effectively handling guest complaints and requests, escalating issues as necessary
  • Monitoring inventory levels of consumables and suggesting replenishment when necessary
  • Complying with health and safety regulations and adhering to company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cleaning and housekeeping roles
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and remain motivated
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation and ability to build strong relationships with guests
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently
  • Relevant education (high school diploma or equivalent) preferred but not required

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
