Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Okeechobee, Florida. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in assessing and diagnosing speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students.
Responsibilities:- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
- Attend meetings and participate in school-wide initiatives as required
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Florida
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
