As a Habilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading instructional activities and developing individualized program plans to promote social responsibility, independence, dignity, and continued growth among participants. Key responsibilities include leading teams, designing and implementing program plans, monitoring participant progress, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Successful candidates will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, excellent documentation and analytical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care. The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $45,000 and $60,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
