Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in a school environment. This role involves providing personalized care to students, ensuring their health and well-being throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized nursing care to students in a one-on-one setting.
- Administer medications and perform necessary medical procedures, including g-tube, trach, and ventilator care.
- Assist with repositioning and mobility support for students as needed.
Job Specifications:
- Full-time position.
- Monday through Friday schedule.
- Focus on elementary school student care.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program.
- Hold a valid California LPN license in good standing.
- Possess an active CPR certification.
