The Industrial Maintenance Technician position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of industrial machines by performing mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts and equipment.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, identifying and repairing faults to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical problems, using technical manuals and blueprints as necessary.
  • Operate a range of tools, including hand and power tools, to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Record all repairs and maintenance performed, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of safe work practices and OSHA regulations.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
  • Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures.
