Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for new patients as referred by physicians.
  • Perform re-evaluations to monitor patient progress.
  • Document daily progress notes and create necessary progress reports in line with insurance protocols.
  • Prepare formal discharge summaries once patients achieve maximum medical improvement (MMI).
  • Engage with referring physicians regarding patient care as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Manager, Front Desk Staff, and Billing Department to address patient inquiries and scheduling.
  • Co-treat patients alongside Physical Therapist Assistants.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy or Licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficient computer skills.
