Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for new patients as referred by physicians.
- Perform re-evaluations to monitor patient progress.
- Document daily progress notes and create necessary progress reports in line with insurance protocols.
- Prepare formal discharge summaries once patients achieve maximum medical improvement (MMI).
- Engage with referring physicians regarding patient care as needed.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Manager, Front Desk Staff, and Billing Department to address patient inquiries and scheduling.
- Co-treat patients alongside Physical Therapist Assistants.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy or Licensed Physical Therapist.
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in a relevant field.
