Job Title: Multifamily Project Manager

Sunrun is seeking a highly skilled Multifamily Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for executing project construction using subcontractors, in-house labor, and internal material procurement, safety, quality, finance, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Develop and execute subcontract agreements with build partners.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with design resources to optimize project designs and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage utility coordination, invoice submissions, and site logistics.
  • Coordinate power shutdowns, tie-ins, and final inspections.
  • Proactively communicate with customers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on multifamily projects.
  • 1+ year of experience in solar installation processes and requirements.
  • Familiarity with OSHA codes, electrical codes, and building codes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
