Job Overview:

We are looking for a dependable Janitorial Worker to maintain cleanliness in a dining establishment. The ideal candidate will be organized, committed, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the kitchen area is clean and orderly, washing and sorting dirty dishes appropriately.
  • Keep the dishwashing area organized and free from clutter.
  • Set up dishwashing stations, including dish machines and sinks.
  • Maintain clean and dry floors throughout the work shift.
  • Wash, stack, and store glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers properly.
  • Manage trash disposal throughout the shift, ensuring full trash cans and boxes are removed at the end of each shift.
  • Organize and maintain the dry storage area and shelves.
  • Follow the daily cleaning schedule for dishwashing duties.
  • Perform necessary cleaning in the restaurant area.
