Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Physician to engage in both clinical practice and resident education within our Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs. This role encompasses collaboration with specialties such as Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Hematology/Oncology, and Sports Medicine.
Practice Settings:
- Options available for trauma and non-trauma care.
- We welcome candidates with primary care training complemented by Emergency Medicine experience.
Compensation Package:
- Competitive hourly rates reaching up to $275.
- Potential for WRVU bonuses exceeding $50 per hour.
- Quality incentive bonuses of $10 per hour.
- Additional compensation of $50 per hour for extra shifts.
- Sign-on bonus of $20,000.
- Relocation assistance available.
- Annual paid time off totaling 72 hours.
- Comprehensive benefits package included.
- 401K plan with employer matching.
- 403b tax-deferred annuity options.
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) stipend of $5,000, covering licensing and DEA expenses.

Practice Features:
- Engagement in Level 3 Trauma and Free-Standing Non-Trauma facilities.
- Annual visit volumes of 33,000, 48,000, and 18,000.
- Flexible shift options including 9- and 10-hour shifts with Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) support.
- Full-time commitment of 144 hours monthly (1728 hours annually).
- Hospitalists available for admissions.
- No in-house Code Blue coverage required.
- Utilization of EPIC EMR, Dragon Dictation, and scribe services.
- Involvement in OB ED for cases exceeding 16 weeks.
- Access to Primary Stroke Centers.
- Comprehensive surgical services provided.
- 24/7 availability of all radiology studies without prior authorization.
- On-site ED pharmacist support.
- Staffed with SANE nurses.
- Opportunity to mentor and precept residents and students.
