Plant Operations Supervisor

Overview

Salary Range

$60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for promoting safety throughout the operation, operating plant equipment to regulate material flow, inspecting equipment and structures, and monitoring processes and materials.

You will also be required to document and record information, assist with maintenance activities, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in the aggregate or construction industry

• Knowledge of best practices in the concrete, cement, or construction industry

• Flexibility to work overtime and extended hours, as well as tolerate loud noises and various weather conditions

• Mechanical skills and knowledge of industrial tools, their uses, and maintenance
