Lead Therapist

Soliant, a renowned healthcare provider, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team in Basehor, Kansas.

As an SLP at Soliant, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in individuals of all ages. You will collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to develop personalized treatment plans that help our clients achieve their communication goals.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide therapy sessions using a variety of techniques and tools.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support client success.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state licensure or the ability to obtain licensure.
• A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a school setting is a plus.
