Family Law Paralegal

At The Manely Firm, P.C., we're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our legal team, you'll provide essential support to our attorneys and ensure our clients receive top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:- Billable Hours: Produce an average of 130 client billable hours per month.
- Drafting & Documentation: Prepare pleadings, correspondence, and family law forms with precision.
- Discovery Analysis: Independently analyze and summarize discovery documents.
- Client Communication: Engage with clients and witnesses to prepare for mediation, deposition, and trial.
- Trial Prep: Create spreadsheets, graphs, and trial exhibits to support case presentations.
- On-Site Support: Assist attorneys at mediations, depositions, and trials as needed.
- Scheduling: Manage case-related scheduling and calendar events.
- Case Management: Use our comprehensive case management system for accurate record-keeping.
- Training: Participate in firm-wide and position-specific training and development.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or extensive experience as a family law paralegal.
- Experience: Minimum of two years as a paralegal, with at least one year in family law preferred.
