Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled House Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Memorial Hospital Belleville. As a key member of our nursing administration, you will be responsible for supervising patient care and other hospital departments, serving as a representative of Administration in the absence of the Administrator during off shifts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans.
- Ensure that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
- Supervise the delivery of safe and appropriate patient care across the organization.
- Effectively respond to special circumstances and act as the on site leader.
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's - Nursing
- 2-5 years Experience
- Licenses & Certifications: RN
