Job Title: Provisioning Analyst

Leidos is seeking a Provisioning Analyst to join our team in Huntsville, AL. As a Provisioning Analyst, you will be responsible for facilitating the design, development, testing, and qualification of a US Army mobile, ground-based weapon system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the development of logistics support plans, product support analyses, product support data, and logistics product data summaries.
  • Develop and execute provisioning applications to military standard-compliant technical manuals and detailed training plans and programs in support of limited fielding and test events.
  • Produce the LCN and PLISN architecture.
  • Develop studies, including DLA Screen Data, Provisioning Parts List, EDFP, COIEL, BII, RPSTL, IPB's, and Packaging Data.
  • Assist in the development of in-process review briefings, review, comment on, and develop logistics-related documents, plans, and reports; draft technical papers; participate in project evaluations; respond to customer inquiries; and ensure product technical quality.
  • Plan and host Provisioning Guidance Conferences (PGC).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 or more years of prior relevant experience; or a Master's Degree and 6 or more years of prior relevant experience.
  • Must be eligible to obtain an Interim DoD Secret clearance within 180 days after hire date.
  • Direct experience providing ILS for military acquisition programs and programs of record.
  • Expert Knowledge of provisioning data tables (H Tables) in an LMI Database.
  • Strong understanding of GEIA-0007 and DED requirements.
  • Strong understanding of SAE-HB-0007-1 requirements.
  • Experience producing LSA Reports (LSAR); LSAR's 030, 032, 036, 080, 151.
  • Experience importing LSAR data sets using Comma Separated Variable (CSV) templates.
  • Ability to understand and interpret Engineering drawings.
  • Ability to create a Top-Down Physical Breakdown of a system, using engineering drawings.
  • Ability to perform logistics analyses for DoD programs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working within matrixed teams.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
  • DoD Systems Acquisition and Development experience.
  • Integrated Logistics Support experience.
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance.
