About the RolePureflow Inc is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop project schedules and cost estimates in collaboration with the Account Manager and Project Engineer
- Review project scope and deliverables with the Account Manager prior to project kick-off
- Initiate project kick-off meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate with key project stakeholders during project execution
- Meet with external stakeholders to ensure project criteria are met prior to system delivery and/or installation
- Prioritize internal shared resources and balance priorities within resource constraints
- Maintain and present weekly project reports and updates to the project team and management
- Review project time inputs and material allocations for accuracy and take corrective action as necessary
- Work with the accounting team to ensure billing milestones are properly invoiced and documented
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks throughout the project life cycle
- Manage project changes and provide impact analysis of change orders on schedule and budget
- Initiate and manage change order process to prevent scope creep for work requested outside of the original project scope
- Provide service support during start-up of systems
- Complete a full project analysis and report upon project closeout
- Document lessons learned throughout the project life cycle
- 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing/construction preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project
- Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Usual office environment and manufacturing area. Local and out of state travel up to 25% (or 7 overnights per month) on average
