About the Role

Pureflow Inc is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project schedules and cost estimates in collaboration with the Account Manager and Project Engineer
  • Review project scope and deliverables with the Account Manager prior to project kick-off
  • Initiate project kick-off meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate with key project stakeholders during project execution
  • Meet with external stakeholders to ensure project criteria are met prior to system delivery and/or installation
  • Prioritize internal shared resources and balance priorities within resource constraints
  • Maintain and present weekly project reports and updates to the project team and management
  • Review project time inputs and material allocations for accuracy and take corrective action as necessary
  • Work with the accounting team to ensure billing milestones are properly invoiced and documented
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks throughout the project life cycle
  • Manage project changes and provide impact analysis of change orders on schedule and budget
  • Initiate and manage change order process to prevent scope creep for work requested outside of the original project scope
  • Provide service support during start-up of systems
  • Complete a full project analysis and report upon project closeout
  • Document lessons learned throughout the project life cycle
Requirements
  • 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing/construction preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project
  • Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working Conditions

Usual office environment and manufacturing area. Local and out of state travel up to 25% (or 7 overnights per month) on average
