We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Lake Ridge Center. As a LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating patients to collect data, observing conditions, and reporting changes in condition. You will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, and supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
  • Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.

Pay and Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $34-$38/hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, 401K, and paid time off.
