Job Description

The Waxing Studio Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our studio operations, including client service, human resource management, marketing, and fiscal accountability.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Cerologists to deliver outstanding client experiences
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations
  • Develop and implement local marketing strategies to attract new clients
  • Hire, train, and evaluate staff to ensure excellence in customer service
  • Analyze financial reports to optimize business performance
Requirements:
  • Esthetician or Cosmetology licensure in North Dakota
  • 2+ years of experience in salon or spa management
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Compensation:
  • $65,000 - $85,000 per year
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
