We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Autism Support Specialist to join our team at Hopebridge in Fayetteville, AR. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Intervention Plans: Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement individualized behavior plans that promote skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
- Provide Direct Therapy Services: Work one-on-one with children to create a safe and engaging environment that fosters continued skill development and social interaction.
- Monitor Progress and Outcomes: Regularly review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor progress towards established goals.
- Document Progress Notes: Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily progress notes related to the implementation of intervention plans.
- Age and Education: Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Paid RBT Certification: Receive comprehensive training and certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Professional Development Opportunities: Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in Autism intervention and behavioral therapy.
