We are seeking a motivated and compassionate New Grad RN to join our team at Shore Regional Health in Easton, MD.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Registered Nurses with patient assessments, monitoring parameters, and implementing nursing care.
- Perform routine nursing support functions, including documentation, vital sign monitoring, and patient care activities.
- Administer medications under the direct supervision of an RN and perform CPR as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, demonstrating positive guest relations skills.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Meet licensing requirements to practice registered nursing in the State of Maryland.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
