Against All Odds is seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to fill the role of Key Holder. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for leading daily activities, assisting customers, and resolving conflicts. This is a fast-paced retail environment that requires strong leadership skills, sales and goal-oriented abilities, and excellent customer service skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet Customers and Determine Their Needs: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, determining their needs, and making recommendations.
  • Assist with Selling Merchandising: Assist with the sale of merchandise, including restocking shelves, maintaining visual displays, and promoting products.
  • Opening and Closing Procedures: Ensure that the store is opened and closed according to company procedures, including counting cash, processing transactions, and securing the store.
  • Staff Training and Development: Assist with the training and development of new employees, including providing guidance, feedback, and coaching.


Qualifications:

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, including delegating tasks, providing feedback, and making decisions.
  • Sales and Goal-Oriented: Proven sales and goal-oriented abilities, including meeting sales targets, achieving goals, and exceeding expectations.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, including resolving conflicts, handling complaints, and making recommendations.
  • Computer Literate: Proficient in the use of computerized sales terminals and other retail technology.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for lengthy periods, lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted, and perform other physical tasks as required.
