About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies
