We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse PRN to join our team at Adoration Home Health and Hospice. As a Registered Nurse PRN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals and families in their homes and communities.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and families to determine their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide professional nursing care, including administering medications, treatments, and counseling patients and families on health-related issues.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services.
- Supervise and delegate responsibilities to ancillary personnel as needed.
- Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities to ensure the highest level of care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current Registered Nurse licensure in the state and American Heart Association CPR certification.
- One year of hospice experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and basic math skills.
