We are seeking a skilled Echocardiographer to join our team at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital(WDH) in Dover, NH. As an Echocardiographer, you will be responsible for performing echocardiography procedures, interpreting results, and providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Perform echocardiography procedures, including transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography
- Interpret echocardiography results and provide accurate diagnoses
- Provide high-quality patient care, including explaining procedures and results to patients and families
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest echocardiography techniques and technologies
- Graduate of an approved cardiac ultrasound training program
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) certification
- 2+ years of experience in echocardiography, preferably in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
