About the Role

Pole Zero Acquisition, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Material Compliance Inspector to join our team in West Chester, OH. As a Material Compliance Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of physical inventory and verifying conformance of procured items to specified requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect electronic components, mechanical parts, cable assemblies, printed wiring boards, etc. for conformance to engineering drawings, work instructions, customer and vendor specifications, and industry standards.
  • Verify conformance and write nonconformance reports when discrepancies are found.
  • Conduct transactions in ERP system, move product to stock and/or MRB as required.
  • Assist management with implementing process controls, improvement activities, creating work instructions and inspection plans.
  • Conducts cycle counting investigation to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Enters inventory-based transactions into accounting software.
  • Establishes and maintains positive work relationships with co-workers.
  • Maintain appropriate records of supplier documentation and inspections.
Requirements
  • Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder))
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Experience with the use of inspection tools required
  • A minimum of two (2) years related quality control inspection experience, electronics industry preferred.
