Job Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in teaching young children affected by autism essential skills, such as communication, sharing, and waiting.

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity to make a full-time impact on a child's life. Our center-based treatment involves working directly with the child to teach them how to communicate, share, play, wait, and other essential skills. Our Registered Behavior Technicians make the center-session fun by teaching through play-based activities.

Responsibilities
  • Teach young children affected by autism essential skills, such as communication, sharing, and waiting.
  • Work directly with the child to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Active RBT Certification.
  • Minimum High School diploma.
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and personal vehicle.
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.
  • Minimum M-F with consistent availability for at least 6 months.
What We Offer

We believe in fair and competitive compensation. As such, we provide benefits outside of your hourly rate to give you the support and energy you need to bring your best self to your role.

  • $25 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications in the ABA Field.
  • Drive-time pay between sessions.
