Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with donors to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for blood donation
  • Follow all safety procedures to ensure the quality and safety of blood donations
  • Work effectively with team members to meet collection goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum one year customer service experience in a public setting
  • Current, valid driver's license with good driving record
