We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare in Englewood, Ohio. Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs and documenting medical histories
  • Administer medications, track usage, and verify effects
  • Cultivate a safe and comfortable facility environment for residents
  • Track residents' medical records and charts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • High school graduation or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a similar role
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
